Design Camps and Wednesday Night Dinners were Oversold!

Our friends at Eventbrite let us know there was a problem effecting some of your registrations. This is what they said:

"A glitch in the Eventbrite system caused an oversell situation with specific Wednesday Night Dinners, Saturday Design Camps and Saturday Tours.  Unfortunately, selections some of you have made are no longer available. You may need to log in to your Eventbrite account and select from the remaining options."

Bummer! We are so sorry. This is what you need to do:

1.  Log in to your Eventbrite account: https://www.eventbrite.com/login

If you have not set up a password or need to reset your password click here

2.  Under the My Tickets tab locate Alt Summit SLC brought to you by Bing

3. Next to Ticket #1 click the Edit link

4. Make a new selection for your Wednesday Night Dinners, Saturday Design Camps and/or Saturday Tours

5. Click Save

Remember changes can be made to your Eventbrite registration until Janaury 1, 2013.

Transferring your Alt Summit SLC ticket?

Remember transfers can be made until January 1, 2013.

Directions for transferring your ticket to someone else:

Only the original purchaser will have the Eventbrite account to log in to and make the selection to transfer to another person.

 

Original Purchaser:

1. Log in to your Eventbrite Account:

https://www.eventbrite.com/login If you have not set up a password or need to reset your password click here

2. Under the "My Tickets" tab locate Alt Summit SLC brought to you by Bing - Click View Order

3. Next to the ticket you are transferring click Edit

4. Scroll to the bottom and find the field: "Are you transferring your ticket?" Select Yes

5. In the provided field enter the email and name of the person to who you will be transferring your ticket

6. Complete the transfer by switching your answer choices to I will not attend... for the following questions:

•  Wednesday Night Dinner - choose your restaurant,
•  Saturday Design Camp: A Day of Doing -
•  Choose one session and Saturday Tour

7. Don't forget to click save

 

Provide the ticket buyer with your original order # (located on the order confirmation email you received, click here to see where to locate it) so they can enter their information and select their design camps, dinner choice and tours etc.

 

Ticket Buyer:

1. go to the link: http://altsummitslc.eventbrite.com/ and enter the original order # provided by the seller under "Enter Promotional Code".

2. Enter the ticket quantity to 1

3. Click the register tab

4. Proceed to register and make all of your own selections

5. Don't forget to click save....now the ticket is yours!

Giving Thanks

This is the perfect time of year to think about—and thank—the people who’ve made a difference in your business and your life this year. Commit to letting them know how much you appreciate what they’ve done for you.

Who’s taken an interest in you this year, answered your questions, or inspired you to greatness in one way or another? You probably have a long list of people to thank, but be reasonable. Can you reach out to ten people? Or just five? Maybe only one? That’s fine. The most important thing is to do it!

While a personal, handwritten note with a stamp and a postmark has value, I know finding the right card and hunting down an address might keep some of us from doing it at all, so my best advice is to do whatever works. If you need to, keep it simple by writing an email or making a phone call. Taking time to express your thanks is more important than the way you do it.

Give yourself a deadline—how about November 30?—and report back. We’d love to hear your experience.
