Alt Summit is held in SLC at the same time as Sundance Film Festival and the Outdoor Retailer Convention. Most hotel rooms in the Salt Lake Valley are full. Because we hold Alt on this weekend, we are able to keep the price point lower. If we move locations or weekends, the cost of Alt would double.
