    SLC - FAQ > SLC > I have an Alt registration and now I can't go. What can I do?

    No problem! Until December 31, 2012 you can sell your ticket to anyone you would like through your Eventbrite account. Alt does not participate in person-to-person transfers. Attendees are responsible for executing those transfers, making sure they get paid through Paypal, US Mail or whatever other means the parties decide. (Or, if you are buying the registration, you are responsible to make sure you're dealing with someone legitimate who will transfer the registration to you).

    After December 31, 2012, tranfers take more of a toll on the event and Alt staff. At that point, the only option (other than attending the event and having a great time) is a refund of half the purchase price, made by contacting Sara@altitudesummit.com. After January 15, 2013, no refunds or transfers are available.
