If the technical issues are on the teacher's end and prevent a class from continuing, you will be promptly refunded. If the class works for everyone but you, then (bummer!) the technical issues are apparently on your end, and unfortunately you will not be refunded.
We do respect your time and resources. So we are doing everything we can to keep the price low -- many classes are actually free! -- so that a missed class isn't the end of the world.
If it helps, you can think of these classes like a movie. When you register, you have purchased a "seat." When the movie is scheduled to run, it runs. If you can't make it to that showing your ticket is no longer valid. It's the same sort of concept.
