The Grand has available rooms on Thurs, Fri and Sat, just not Wednesday. I am staying offsite on Wednesday at a B&B and then moving to the Grand on Thurs. You could try that.

I noticed this morning that there were Wednesday rooms available! Also, I gave up a room 1 mile away and it was only $179 a night! I put the information on a separate post in the chat room if you are interested. Good luck and I cant wait to meet you!
